Booking

A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment for all clients. By providing this, clients are agreeing to our cancellation policy. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, we require 24 hours’ notice.

Clients who book their appointments over email are required to call the spa to give a valid credit card number. Appointments booked without a valid credit card will only be reserved until the end of the day that the treatment was booked.

Cancellation 

We require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. In the instance that changes or cancellations are made after this deadline, or an appointment is missed without notice, your credit card will be charged in full for the appointment. As a courtesy, we will try to give you a reminder call to the number on file however our days are busy. It is your responsibility to ensure you have placed a reminder in your calendar and set aside time for your appointment.

Arrival Time

We recommend you come 10 minutes before the start of your service to fill out any necessary paperwork before your first treatment with us.

Late arrivals will result in a shortened service or cancellation to keep on schedule with other guests.
