Sign up for our membership packages for $150 per month and start treating yourself to more self-care time every month!

Once you sign-up, membership rates will not change for a 12-month period. You can enjoy spa treatments 5 days a week, there are no black out dates, except during spa closures for holidays. All appointments are subject to availability. Member discounts may not be combined with other discounts, promotions or packages and are not valid for gift card purchases.

As part of your membership, your monthly treatments need to be redeemed within the month you are paying dues. Membership treatments not used in the month can be rolled over into the next month for up to 3 times a year. You may use one rollover per month.

For your convenience, we have updated our cancellation policy for our spa members. We require 24 hour notice for any changes to the appointment. In the event you are unable to provide the required notice, the appointment will not be considered as a used treatment for the month. For any notice less than 24 hours, there will be $30 charge to the card on file. The missed appointment will need to be rescheduled within the same month the canceled appointment took place.

Membership and benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Your credit card is on file and each month your credit card will be charged the amount recorded on the first of each month. Your credit card and email address is required for participation in our membership wellness program.

This agreement may be terminated at any time by a member after the membership has been active & paid for a minimum period of 6 consecutive months. As of the effective date of a cancellation, any unused rollovers expire. Mirage Esthetics Spa reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the membership wellness program upon advance prior written notice. Memberships are a minimum of twelve months. Membership cancellations must be a 30-day advance written notification.

There may be times when you would like to freeze your membership due to extenuating circumstances. When a membership is frozen, a member may not use his/her membership benefits or accrue pre-paid services for the duration of the freeze.

A member must be in good standing to be eligible for a freeze. A minimum of 6 membership payments must have been made prior to a membership being eligible to be frozen.

You may freeze your membership for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 3 months. Memberships may be unfrozen at anytime at least 30 days after the freeze start date or will automatically recommence on the pre-determined freeze end date. At the end of the membership freeze term, your dues will continue with your next schedule electronic funds transfer date. Only one complimentary freeze permitted per term. Additional freeze periods will incur a $9.95 administration fee.
