Quality Guarantee Policy

At Mirage Esthetics Spa, we recognize that the longevity of nail polish can vary due to numerous factors, ranging from 1 to 14 days or longer. These factors include the type of polish used, individual lifestyle habits (such as swimming, hand-washing dishes, and regular use of hands/nails), and the overall health of the client’s nails. Additionally, complications in the application process or product chemistry may lead to issues like peeling, lifting, fading, or wrinkling.

Given these considerations, our Quality Guarantee policy is as follows:

REGULAR Polish

Due to the diverse range of factors involved, we cannot guarantee the longevity of any regular polish product once your appointment has been completed.

SHELLAC Polish

For Shellac polish applications, we offer a 3-day, no-questions-asked guarantee period. If you experience any issues within this timeframe, we will provide a polish change service free of charge. Please contact us to book a polish change within 1 week of the initial appointment.
